Well Fed is a mobile nonprofit in central Arkansas that provides a medical nutrition benefit designed to support health plan members by providing medically tailored groceries at no cost to you.

How It Works
This program is a medical nutrition benefit fully funded by your health plan. Under our Bi-Weekly Intervention Model, you will receive one customized grocery box delivered to your preferred care hub every two weeks.

Activate Your Profile
Click "Register Now" to set up a free account and begin your journey with our nutrition box program.

Enroll as a Member
Fill out the Enrollment form with your personal information, primary care provider, and diet preference. Submit and wait for approval (1-2 business days).

Once approved, use your Member ID to order your first grocery box!

Safe, Simple Pickups
We partner with your health plan to deliver nutrition benefits directly to your community. Our automated SMS or email notifications ensure you never miss a delivery, while our clinic community care hubs provide a safe, friendly space to pick up your groceries.

Billing
Are there any costs to members?
Eligible members receive their nutrition benefits at no cost. If your insurance doesn't cover this benefit, you can still become a member and purchase boxes as long as your primary care location is one of the hubs we partner with.
Delivery
What if I need to miss a delivery?
Place box orders by completing a short form in your member portal or mobile app. If you need to skip a cycle, no action is required—your box will simply not be scheduled. If you wish to cancel an order, you may submit a cancellation form through your member portal. Contact your care hub if you miss picking up a delivery.

How is my data protected?
Your privacy is our highest priority. We follow strict HIPAA data protection protocols to ensure your health information remains confidential and secure.
